This is how architects are born.
The next generation job descriptions will not say:
“5+ years of Salesforce experience”
“Strong coding skills required”
They will say:
Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery
Strong system design and problem-solving mindset
Experience building AI-augmented applications
Ability to validate and govern AI-generated outputs
As leaders, our responsibility is not just delivery.
It is future-proofing our teams.
We must:
