2023 Inclusive Innovation Report: Fostering Diversity at Conscendo Technologies"

At Conscendo Technologies Pvt Ltd, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are integral to our company ethos. From early 2023 to current year 2024, we reached a significant milestone: from 39% to 44% of our employees who are from underrepresented groups, including women, Black, Latinx, Indigenous, Multiracial, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, and veterans, this achievement underscores our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Progress on representation
  • Representation Goals and Progress: Our aim is to embed a sense of DEI in every task we undertake, fostering an environment where every employee feels at home which we have achieved promoting equality and inclusion at every level.
  • New Goals: Our new goals include continuing to work towards a increase in the representation of URM leaders and employees, ensuring our leadership and workforce reflect the diversity of our society.
Meaningful people experiences
  • Employee Resource Groups: Our CSR Groups play a pivotal role in fostering community and connection within Conscendo. These groups organize social events, seminars, and initiatives that spread awareness about equality and support NGO work. They are central to our efforts to create a supportive and inclusive workplace.
  • Training and Inclusion Efforts: Our NEO programs and initial policy discussions are designed to ensure every employee understands and embraces our commitment to inclusion from their first day. These programs are essential in building a culture of respect and equality.

Racial Equality and Justice commitments
  • Philanthropy: We are planning to expand our philanthropic efforts, focusing on initiatives that advance racial equality and justice. These efforts will include volunteer work, donations, and partnerships with organizations dedicated to these causes.
  •  Purchasing and Investments: We are committed to working with micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to drive greater economic equality. Our focus is on increasing our spend with minority-owned businesses and investing in URM-led companies.
  • Continuing the journey: While we have made considerable progress, our journey toward becoming the most inclusive company continues. We remain steadfast in our commitment to advancing equality and creating a workplace where every individual can thrive. Together with our employees, partners, and community, we are building a future that celebrates diversity and fosters inclusion at every level.
