Annual Celebrations of Conscendo where our core values included sustainability
Sustainability Initiatives:
- We served a fully plant-based lunch for attendees to conserve millions of gallons of water.

Major event decorations were made from sustainable products that could be recycled and reused for a better tomorrow.
- Our lunch program featured 100% compostable packaging — the container, napkin, and utensils — all attendees had to do was dispose of them in the green bin when finished! Our designated “Green Guides” assisted with proper disposal.
- We collected and reused all badges and lanyards. After the event, attendees deposited them in designated bins, and we ensured they were repurposed.
- We committed to planting trees quarterly and offered plants as sustainable gifts.
- Appliances used were energy-efficient to maintain sustainability.
