Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who is passionate about building enterprise-grade CRM solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, integrate, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications while collaborating with global teams to deliver high-impact business solutions. You will play a key role in driving technical excellence, ensuring best practices, and supporting end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.
• Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
• Customize Salesforce using Apex Triggers, Flows, Workflows, Approval Processes, and Automation.
• Define solution architecture, identify technical gaps, and recommend optimized CRM solutions.
• Ensure best practices for deployment, AppExchange package management, security, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global delivery environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) (Preferred), Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, and XML.
• Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, Web Services, and AppExchange deployments.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools.
• Exposure to Java-based or enterprise application development is an added advantage.
• Salesforce Certification is preferred.
