Role Overview:

The Salesforce Technical Lead is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce applications, managing integrations, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

In addition, the Technical Lead drives requirement analysis, solution architecture, data modeling, sprint planning, code quality, and technical best practices while staying up to date with the latest Salesforce innovations and platform enhancements.

Core Responsibilities:

• Translating Business Needs: Understand and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for Salesforce solutions.
• Technical Design & Implementation: Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications and integrations to meet business needs.
• Development & Coding: Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and Salesforce best practices.
• Deployment & Support: Manage application deployments, provide ongoing support, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure system reliability.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to development team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful completion within scope, budget, and deadlines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance development practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Expertise:

• Salesforce Platform: Possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant modules.
• Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems and applications.
• Data Modeling: Create and maintain scalable data models to support Salesforce solutions and business requirements. Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize Salesforce performance to ensure reliability and efficiency. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high system availability and performance.

• Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges.
